Who we are
Parslia provides kitchen planning, recipe, menu, allergen and operational tools. Privacy enquiries: hello@parslia.app.
Information we process
- Account information such as name, email address and authentication records.
- Kitchen workspace content, including recipes, menus, notes, photographs and files you choose to upload.
- Subscription status and transaction identifiers supplied by Apple. Parslia does not receive full payment-card details from Apple.
- Device, security, diagnostic and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Microphone or camera content only when you deliberately use a voice or image feature and grant iOS permission.
Purposes and legal bases
We process information to provide the contracted service, verify subscription access, support customers, maintain security, comply with law and improve reliability. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it through device settings or by contacting us.
Service providers
Information may be processed by Apple for subscriptions, hosting and communications suppliers, and AI providers when you deliberately use an AI feature. We require appropriate contractual and security protections and do not sell personal information.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You give Parslia the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to upload it.
Retention and rights
We retain information only as long as needed for the service, security, legal obligations and dispute handling. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children, security and changes
Parslia is a professional kitchen service and is not directed to children. We use proportionate safeguards but no system is risk-free. Material changes will be posted here.
