For account, subscription, accessibility, privacy or technical help, email hello@parslia.app. Include the device model, iOS version and a description of the problem. Never email passwords or full payment details.

Report AI-generated content

Parslia includes generative AI features such as AI Image and AI Voice Finder. If the AI produces content that is harmful, offensive, wrong, misleading or otherwise inappropriate, report it with Report an Issue in the product, or use the form below. Reports are sent to hello@parslia.app for review.

Subscriptions

Use Restore Purchases inside Parslia if an active Apple subscription is not recognised. Use Manage Subscriptions to cancel or change a plan. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests.

Privacy requests

Email the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject for access, correction, export or deletion requests. We aim to acknowledge support within two business days and handle privacy requests within applicable legal time limits.
