Parslia Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 August 2026
Agreement and Apple licence
By using Parslia you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which applies to the iOS application. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA for the licensed app, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required.
The service
Parslia supplies kitchen organisation and AI-assisted tools. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be checked by a competent person, particularly allergens, food safety, nutrition and regulatory information.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must protect your account, provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Do not compromise security, bypass plan restrictions, misuse personal data or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.
Your content and content rights
You retain ownership of content you upload and grant Parslia a limited licence to process it solely to provide and protect the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use that content. Parslia may also display content created by Parslia or properly licensed from third parties.
Subscriptions
Paid iOS features are supplied under the Subscription Terms. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and eligible refunds are handled through Apple.
Availability, liability and termination
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may stop using Parslia at any time; we may restrict access for serious breach, security risk or legal necessity.
